I ordered a drink for my wife and I, paid with a $100 dollar bill. The bartender put the bill in the register and walked away. I asked for my change and the bartender picked up a pack of cigarettes and left the building. I was not provided a receipt or any justification for why I was not given change. The owners of the bar were drunk themselves and would not acknowledge my being grossly overcharged. After asking around I was advised the bartender was known for keeping peoples change in an effort to force them to leave her inordinately large tips.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/09/2024

This customer has been asked not to come in to the bar on precious occasions.  On this occasion he entered the bar already intoxicated with an outside beverage. The bartender told him he was not allowed to have it and removed it from his possession. She then told him he would not be behaving like he always does or he would be asked to leave. He got angry, argued with her, and left. $100 was not taken from him. He is 86'd from every bar in town and there is a reason for it. He gets violent and unpredictable.
