On July 6 2024 I took my Rav 4 ****** into Jiffy ******************* for an oil change. The person doing the oil change left the garage and went to another business next door. Another worker finished the job--but they left the oil cap loose and also the oil filter was loose. I paid for the service. When I parked my car I noticed oil all over the driveway from my vehicle. I went to a friend's house and oil from my car leaked onto her driveway. Because of the poor incomplete service I took my vehicle to a reputable car repair service in ********* and paid for the service. The receipt from ***** Allignment states: "inspected oil filter to find it loose, inspected drain plug to find it loose. Tightened both oil filter and drain plug. Cleaned off excess oil from bottom of the engine. Topped off engine oil" Service was $78.30. I wrote a negative review on yelp. Owner responded and requested I email receipt of repair, etc. to him and he promised to correct the problem. No response from the owner--email or ****. Many complaints on yelp of this Jiffy Lube and my friend who lives here also received incomplete service from this Jiffy Lube. I just want either my money from the incomplete oil change or the consequent repair service fully refunded to me as I deserve--not a $25 gift certificate. Owner has receipt of my payment at Jiffy Lube 7-6-24: ************************************ is the owner's email address. I will not recommend this business to anyone. ******* *******

On 5/31/23 I took ******** Suburban into the Jiffy Lube of **************, ** *****. It just hit 200k miles and I was getting an oil change, transmission fluid change, a radiator flush and the transfer case fluid changed. When the Jiffy Lube technician went to remove the plug on the transfer case he cracked the transfer case, rendering the vehicle inoperable. The technician immediately came and got me and showed me the damage that was caused as result of forcefully removing the plug. The plug was somehow cross threaded and the technician said I had to reef on the wrench to get the plug loose which is when the transfer case cracked. The vehicle was not drivable and needs a new transfer case installed. The mechanic I brought the vehicle to is replacing the transfer case at a cost of $1500. I spoke with the owner of Jiffy Lube and he is unwilling to compensate me for the damage his business and his employee caused to my vehicle. The owners name is **** and his number is ************. Please contact me with any follow up and thank you for your time.
