This did not happen. What did happen was spuratic people here, I never saw him here while his employess or sub contrctors were here and errors were made. There were scattered nails, screws and lumber left all over.I receivedan invoicewanting an additional $33,700, on top of the $25,000! He asked for 8 days payment for work not yet preformed,$12,000. $8000 for insulation not installed or on site(this area 650sq). $3000 to move HVAC outside unit (no materials needed) not done and no date given when it would be done. $3500 to intall linen room cabinets ($2500 original install "done wrong so they had to be taken back off" $1000 to remove them) Still sitting in middle of bedrooom and one that he told me he would buy from me as his sub contractors damaged it "$557.07). $2200, siding(no reciept given) $7500 paint(when asked ******* did not know what this covered) $2500 deposit for plumbing labor not completed yet. I told him I would pay for Things completed or on property. Starting from the $25,000 I had given him - 12 days Labor $18,000, - Siding $2200 = $4800 Credit + he still owed me for the cabinet $557.07. He informed me he would complete work for the credit he owed and then move on. I asked for him to finish the siding and the front deck roof. Neither have been done. I would like a refund in the amount of $5357.07. If he would likle the cabinet we need to pick a date for him to come pick it up, if not, I will donate it.
