      This morning on Friday October 4 I dropped my vehicle off at Northern Ford for a routine oil change at 8am.Everything was working perfectly before I brought it ****** the ** will only blow hot air. It was working fine yesterday and blew cold air.They also did not top off any of the fluids except the washer fluid. I took pics of the reservoirs.

      hi,

       

      if like to add an additional detail to my complaint: it appears that the dealership did not change the old oil filter and install the new filter i provided.

       

      ill need to have someone access the filter so i can take photos and see if its the old one or the new one.

       

      if its not the filter i provided id like to add that as an additional detail to the complaint.

      The customer did supply oil and filter for the routine oil change. These were used in the oil change as per the customer request. The customers vehicle is a 6.5 quart system but she did not get the dealership enough oil and  we had to top off the oil so she was not low. The techs also noted that the customers hepa/ cabin filter was plugged but they did not want it replaced. Along with plugged hepa filter the customer was told about excessive wear on the front tires and they had metal wire exposed. Later on Friday the customer stated that there AC did not work and the shop manager asked to have her bring it back to look at it. The customer stated "thats not going to happen". They were told again about the filter and how it could be the cause of the AC but again did not want to bring the vehicle back.
