    My son moved from **** to ****** **. He is sick with no car or water. He tried to order water but the order wasn't enough, so he ordered food even though he wasn't hungry. That was fine until they showed up with the food he didn't want in the first place and none of the 2 waters he ordered! Basically told him sorry. He spent $25 to get 2 bottles of water and no water or money back! He tried calling twice and they hung up on him both times. So as a ****** off mama bear on the other side of the country I tried to call. after being on hold for literally forever and realizing they are not going to talk to me, I placed a online order for the minimum for delivery which was 5 waters! ANOTHER $20!! I got confirmation... It never came! So i hope he can make it till morning and walk to somewhere for water because we placed 2 ORDERS, $45, AND 7 WATERS!! and all he got was more dehydrated and more in debt!!! Horrible place!

       Thank you for reaching out to us. I am sorry this had to go this far. We did find the orders and that they included the charge of the product the guest said was missing. I will would with the store directly tomorrow on 1/24/2023 to get the refund issued for both orders the guest mentioned. The first order valued at $25.57 will be fully refunded and order 2 valued at $19.85 will be fully refunded. Thanks again for letting us know and our deepest apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
