    Right before winter my property manager/landlord of the park I live in hired the tree Professional to cut down trees. I was never notified. I woke up to men in my yard with chainsaws. When they were leaving some of the tree people were putting my fireplace into my lilac tree. I asked them what they were doing they said just leaving, if *** could stay out of our way please. So I did, then I went to put my yard back the way it was there was so much damage but what I care about is a fireplace they tried to hide. I just bought it at ********** for $350 and it's completely ruined by a tree *****. I called my landlord she said the tree Professional is in ******* and will return on the summer to fix all the damage she asked that I send her pictures so I did I have proof she got and saw them. May rolls around and I ask her about the men returning to fox or replace what they damaged, she said she didn't know. So I called them myself they said no we didn't do it then hung up and now I see them living two doors down from me. I just want my fireplace replaced. I don't care about all the other c*** they did please help

    This complaint is not 100% accurate. My company was gone for more than a month before I was contacted by this resident. She said she had notified the park manager,but never had said anything to me. It was not my responsibility to notify the tenants of the trailer park of our work and I told the resident even though it was so long after she contacted me, that I would still make it right. I was then told by park maintenance after asking them that that particular resident may be trying to scam me for money.  I have no problem replacing the fire pit that was broke, but I will not be giving her cash or check for the item

    This is resolved beyond satisfactory. He came and replaced my fire pit, sincerely apologized and put huge smiles on our faces and made our day.
