  I think they charge to much yea it's taking me awhile to pay bill n just got a bill today it has another finance charge I paid it already I live on fixed income I'm trying to get it paid off all they had to do that day was wire the pump n drop it I already had it pulled I was charged 1;041.00 that's a lot for no more then they did it's sad these places do this they always bring ************* to job so they can charge equipment price they could a let pump down by hand I pulled it by hand I've owed this ***************** time I can only pay little amounts but getting charged that much 15 mins or so worth of work is insane

  This person has been charged one finance charge in 2 and years,which was July 2021. The reason being that she was 90 days past due on her payments even though we sent her monthly statements and asked her to contact us about her plan to pay off her outstanding balance.  We could be charging her monthly finance charges for balances over 30 days.   She called us October 1, 2020, because her irrigation pump wasnt working.  She was advised as to what the cost of the new pump and labor would be before we installed the new pump.  Our payment terms are payment in full due upon receipt.  She never discussed a payment plan with us. She was charged $1041.00 $851.00 of that amount was for the new pump and fittings for the pump that we installed, the remaining $190 for labor which we gave her a break for; due to her location the charge for labor should have been $390.   The ************* she is claiming we bring in so we can charge more are specialized trucks that are specifically designed for the work we do, which is pulling and replacing pumps.  It is not feasible to pull a pump by hand due to the weight of the pump, the pipe that is full of water and wire the pump is installed on. This person claiming, she pulled the pump by hand is simply not true. 
  We have tried to work with this person as best we can.  She mailed a money order in December which we have never received. She said the postal service said it was probably hung up somewhere.  She is claiming she did her part, and I should do mine and find it. 
  
  
  This was a pump for lawn irrigation, so it was not a necessity especially in October in *******.  If she didnt have the money to pay for it, she shouldnt have requested the service.
