    Several complaints, but most recent is regarding deposits paid to builder 12/13/2024 as follows:Electrical $14,400 - electrician says he received $12,000. Asked builder and the electrician for refund as no shows on job and no ************* $11,929.20 - plumber never paid a deposit Roofing deposit $12,000 - roofer supposed to show up mid November; 2 months later, still no show so I told builder I wanted deposit returned as I am finding own roof and siding installer. ****** will not return deposit.Builder did not get house closed in last Fall as requested on numerous occasions since pre construction agreement signed last June. Site now requires mold remediation to the tune of +$10,000. Builer said mold is normal but it is not according to some reputable contractors I followed up with if the house was closed in as expected.Porta toilet cost approximately $137/month according to toilet company; builder charged $385.30/month. He said he would follow up with his friend but never did. The ******************** owner said he never met the builder. Site equipment owner told us he hasnt been paid for 4 months for equipment rental that we paid builder for first back in September 2024.Builder refused and refuses to give us estimates or bids on anything for budgeting purposes. When told that we are already over budget and I am afraid the job would not be completed, he said not to worry, he would not leave me with an unfinished house.Refused to show me insurance and his license.Refused to give our insurance company the build insurance he carried for the project ******* email, followed up with certified return receipt letter of same, fired 1/17/2025. Earlier that week he already called to have dumpster on site removed 1/17 and the porta toilet as we found out from that company owner. Tried to take site equipment and had to return as I already made arrangements with owner to take over payment for January forward.***** *****, ***** Construction validated Fords dishones
