    Prairie Water Company discontinued water service to a large area without written or verbal notice. We were set up for weekly deliveries. Customers learned of the discontinuation when water tanks ran dry. They then did not even bother to return phone calls from customers, letting them know they had discontinued service. They were also behind on their billing, so as a final thank you, our statement was for 2 1/2 months, making the monthly bill 2.5 times the normal bill. Despite multiple voicemails left for them they never called back to say they discontinued service, or to explain the larger than normal bill. We finally figured out they discontinued service when we did an internet search and found the attached ******** post. I was never aware I needed to monitor ******** to be informed of a discontinuation of service.

    The company was down to 2 full-**************.  Had a driver out for surgery (back now).  We had to abruptly discontinue service areas.   It was impossible to do business as we have in the past, federal regulations govern the time we have per day and week. The manager was driving and trying to run the office as well.  Statements were late for that reason.  We are trying to get everything back on track now.  We are constantly in the process of improving customer service.  It was a bad situation for customers as well as company.  We are sorry to all customers this affected, we are striving to get back to reliable water delivery as well as customer service.  Again, our sincerest apoligies.
