    **** was very attentive and accommodating to my situation and was able to help me as a walk in. Quick, friendly, and very knowledgeable, 10/10 highly recommend!

    *his was a six week disaster. I took my boyfriend's near $2,000 computer in to get the screen fixed because it was just cracked. *hey have an $80 labor fee and that's fair, but not for ten minutes of work, that should be prorated the way I can just order the part do it myself. First off, ordered the wrong screen which was $250 and it took a week to get here, so I paid over $300 total for the fix but they couldn't fix it yet. So I call two weeks later to ask for an update for when the screen would get back to **** so I can get my refund back to pay for the right screen to come in. *hey said no update but I'll have to pay 15% (about $40) of the total price of the screen for a restocking fee. Another week goes by so I go in the store and the owner Mr. * says "Oh shoot! ***** didn't pick up your package, now I have to walk it across the street." as it's literally sitting behind his counter on the floor. I ask him to help me understand why I have to pay $40 out of my pocket to send back the wrong screen. He said "you wouldn't let me take the screen out of the computer." When actually, I was going to leave the computer there when I first went in to pay. I told him that, and he said "I tried to warn you". He did not warn me of anything, he literally said he didn't need the computer and we could take it home the first day we took it in. When the wrong screen came in and he tried to put it in, he looked on the BO**OM of the computer to see the right numbers he needed to order the right screen. So he still didn't need to take the screen out for the right sizing. He lied about shipping out the wrong screen, he lied about needing to charge me for the restocking fee for the wrong screen, which was ALL his fault. *he right screen was $70. I had to ask my dad to go in and get the screen from them because he was so rude to me, a short 20 year old Pacific Islander female. *hey gave my dad the refunds back, but not without a fight, they talked over him and lied to him about charges.
