We had two employees attend a conference at this hotel. They charged two of our credit cards for $669.04 for a total of $1,338.08. We have tried for two months to get a copy of a receipt for these charges and I can't get them to give us a copy of the receipt. I need these receipts for our auditor.

I had booked 3 rooms on Booking .com for the night of November 25th. My credit card paid for the rooms. When I checked out on 11/26 a receipt was not provided to me and on 11/28 I waw that my debit card was charged for 2 rooms. I was double charged for 2 rooms. I sent receipts from booking.com to the manager and he indicated that the issue would be resolved and agreed that I had been over charged. This was over 3 weeks ago and I still have not gotten reimbursed. I also left an overnight bag in my room and apparently there is not lost and found in that establishment as I never did get a call back after 3 calls I gave up.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Great Falls Holiday Inn - checked in July 18, 2022. We were given a few rates, but then the front desk clerk, ******, gave me the rate of $528 a week due to us being there with In Demand Industrial (all employees were given this rate). We paid for 2 weeks right then. Then as we checked out July 29, 2022. Then the hotel took out $500.05 unexpectedly. I called on July 29, 2022 and spoke to the manager, ****, who said we weren't approved for the rate they told us and had already paid. I told her we were never told anything by anyone regarding this. She said call my bank to dispute. I said I would call corporate, and she hung up on me after. I then called corporate ************) and filled a complaint (Case number ***********). They said the hotel had to handle the billing, but the manager claimed she emailed us a resolution which never did happen.
