Date of transaction April 29th 2023. I bought an egift card for a massage for the cost of $100.00 USD. Order #dSOg. No phone calls or emails or voicemails have been returned in the past 4 months. I called a provider that shared the same professional space with her at the same location and she said she suddenly stopped providing services and disappeared. From my knowledge it is a state law that gift cards never expire in the ****************, so a service or refund legally should be provided.

      Business Response

      Date: 03/07/2024

      Hello *******,

I apologize that you where mislead by the business owners at my old office place in the 2Js complex. To be perfectly clear one of the providers has told quite a few people the same, when I made the following very clear to her. I had requested that she give anyone who comes in with a gift card to contact me directly, leaving a voicemail, and/or text message, and/or email so I could offer a refund or my new services in place of the swedish massage techniques. Still massage and wellness techniques that would need to be agreed upon with the client or holder of the gift card. She instead took matters into her own hands, utilizing these gift cards and disrespecting my request, and is now ****** up many more it seems! So I apologize if either provider made you feel as if I do not care about your concerns. Lets resolve this client to provider.

I in no way intended to disappear nor did I completely discontinue my business. I now offer cupping only session for a duration of 15, 30, or 45 minutes, that included active and passive movements for a more full release of tension. I also have focused my attention on online personal training. The gift card above is applicable to all of these current services, and a refund is totally applicable as well!

I sent emails out to my mailing list of current and previous clients regarding this change mid 2023, and I apologize if you did not receive those. Looking back through my call logs I do not see your number or have not received a voicemail from you. I do not see an email from the email you provided above in my inbox. I will look through spam. If you would like to chat on the phone please give me a call or leave a text asap to set up a call to my number ************* .

The reason I no longer practice full time at the office, is due to the fact that I was moving towards carpal tunnel surgery before 30, and decided to spend most of my time at home with the children homeschooling and revamping my business to fitness and sports related programs. Of course including cupping for those with gift cards still interested in massage therapy techniques, if that is preferable to a refund. That being said I do not rent a space and would be willing to provide in home cupping after a vetting process of any potential clients. My business has run through referral only since moving on from the 2Js complex, as I prefer to know who I am working with in home and to make sure they are comfortable with me coming to their home for cupping.

I hope we can come to an amicable agreement here. I plan to send another email with the above information to ask all previous clients or gift card holders to contact me directly, instead of a disgruntled business owner who aims to drag my business through the mud. I am more than willing to work with one and all to come to the best agreement for each individual. Either way I wish you well on your health and wellness journey!
