    Our project started out well like most people who left good comments about Grizzly Plumbing. During the site visit ***** was very responsive, timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. When you read the reviews you get the feeling that ***** is on the Job site from start to finish. ***** was present for the initial site visit and the first day of the project for a short period time to drop off bulk materials. ***** never said in the time leading up to the start of the project that he was going to send out a group of apprentices with little or no supervision. Jasons team would show up late without materials and tools. Additionally, they did not cleanup under the house and left a mess on the exterior for weeks. *****, could have fixed things quickly with us but he wanted to believe the lies of his unprofessional crew over the customers who had no reason to lie. We reported the issues quickly to ***** that his crew chipped our brand new tile floor, they failed to remove a shower drain line (which caused damage), they improperly installed the water to the fridge ( after ****** did not measure the distance to the fridge & botched the installation three times causing damage to our flooring and subfloor). There were many more issues but I want to highlight the big things. Instead of coming to the site & taking charge of the situation to make sure to project was completed correctly. *****, disappeared for over a month & half. Then, I had to reach out to him to find out grizzly plumbings insurance company was going to work our case to repair the damage caused by grizzly plumbing. Finally, grizzly plumbings insurance company made us spend weeks trying to find a contractor to make repairs at a depreciated value. When it came time to finish the project Grizzly Plumbing only responded once with one incomplete sentence. We made a full payment for the some of the tasks had been completed but ***** would not respond to schedule the final work and inspection.

    This job was to start at the beginning of April, but we did not start until July 8th. When we arrived only a small amount of the room had the sheet rock removed. Not nearly enough for a full days worth of work. They worked as much as they were able to and that was about 3/4 of the day and returned back to ***********. The job is an hour outside of town.
    The job continued to be a disaster, making a total of 10 trips out there and never being able to get in a full day of work, do to the customer not having the work done in front of us. In one instance the customer was demoing the tub shower and broke the main drain to the sink. They tried to blame us for this as well. Nothing was ever their fault. They blamed us for a chip in the tile, too. They only installed enough tile to install the toilet. The tile was so poor we to shim the toilet quite a bit.
    We were not paid for any work until September and this was only 25% of the total bill with 75% other the work completed. They finally contacted us to finish the project at the end of October. I had told them I could not get them on the schedule to finish until we were paid in full. Customers wife contacted us via email and let us know we were off of the project, that they could not pay the full amount. That it would create a hardship for their family. I just knew they had no intention of paying what they owed with their past payment history. I would rather be out the 25% then the 25% and another trip.

    ********************************** Customers:Grizzly plumbing has demonstrated in their response above that they are not willing to take ownership of the damage they caused to our home and the countless wasted hours we had to find contractors to fix grizzly plumbings work. Additionally, ***** (the owner) has proven that he is not able to manage his teams time on and off the job site. The teams would show up late, missing materials, and lacking the tools necessary to finish the job, which is why they didnt ever do a full days work. They would leave the job without cleaning up or finishing simple tasks that could have eliminated the amount of days they spent out on the site. We would have paid for a job well done but clearly they are not capable of doing that. Finally, progress payments were made but there were very few tasks that were actually completed and correct. *****, would have know that if he had come on the job site other than five minutes to look at the damage *** caused to our kitchen floor and
