This company still **** me a full refund. States they have refunded myself as well as multiple other people I have talked to and none of us have seen a dime. They are scamming our community and took down their ****** business account so that we cant warn other unsuspecting victims of their abuse and if you try on ******** they block you. If they had actually refunded me I wouldnt still be going about trying to get a refund 10 MONTHS LATER. They have a "private" shop so you cant go in and discuss this with them on person and they screen calls. All i want is my money back so I can take it somewhere reputable. Lying thieves even now saying they have refunded all previous clients. They haven't and need to be shut down or they can do the right thing and return the thousands of dollars they have stolen. Despicable.

Everyone who has experienced theft and never were refunded the entire amount owed I would suggest finding an attorney in ***********, **. This is gone one for far too long and needs to be dealt with immediately. When customers pay up front they shouldn't have to fight tooth and nail also let's not forget the amount of time in between partial refunds. It's extremely transparent now that this is a scam and definitively is used as a line of credit to pad a luxury lifestyle. Another way to reach out to other victims would be to go on the internet to the wayback machine that archives past websites or post that may have been deleted. I presume ***** erased all the ****** reviews approximately 3 months ago for another way to try and cover their scam, but if you sleuth for the information it's all that's needed to get the process started with an attorney. If indeed ***** is going as far as to reach out to victims in other states she possibly could face federal charges possibly wire fraud?

Many months ago my stepson prepaid for a tattoo as he was told it would be discounted if he prepaid. The appointment was scheduled and before the scheduled date arrived, they contacted him to reschedule. Things happen, so this did not concern us. It was rescheduled. Prior to that appointment, they rescheduled again. All told, they rescheduled on him several times over the course of those months. My stepson was moving out of state so he asked for his money back, which they gladly agreed to do and apologized for not doing the work. They gave him a date that they would have the money for him. There was an excuse why they couldnt get the money at the time. They would send him ***** dollars over cash app periodically over the weeks that followed. He has now left the state and they still owe him around $500. If you use these guys, DO NOT PREPAY!

Among the plethora of others filing complaints, I will be seeking legal action as well. I've gotten two tattoos done here (one was from ************************* out of LA who came up and did some special work). The first encounter I had was back in Jan of 2023. I had booked an appointment from November of 2022 for Jan 15th of 2023. Two months after in March with the same excuse every weekend, I finally got in. F*** forward to July, send $200 deposit just to be told the morning of (insert copy and paste excuse of being sick and mental health issues). I request a refund and nothing. I give them one more chance for an appointment two weeks later. I send the last $200 the morning of and literally get this long a** excuse about how they have family emergency and had to go to ******. I've got a he text chain saved and will be filing a lawsuit again them for theft and wrongful business practices. Stealing money from people is absolutely disgusting, but doing it and lying about it to my face when I'm local? I'm done being taken advantage of and done having others being taken advantage of. Stay away, find somewhere else!

Initially offered to do tattoo work for 800 bucks. Then said theyd discount my entire tattoo if i paid up front. Also requested another 300 dollars for some sort of financial need so i ended up giving them ******* Also lied to me about a death in the family and told me repeatedly that they were rescheduling me 6 different times over the last month and a half. After finally being sick of being dicked around i demanded a refund and now they're doing the same thing and dicking me around over and over saying they're going to pay me back but it has yet to happen ...beware and don't trust this tattoo company!!!! I worked hard for that *******!!!!I will let you know by tomorrow if they actually came thru with refunding me or not!!

***** is such a scammer! The guy does appear to do excellent tattoos when his mental health allows for it but I was constantly rescheduled by ***** who I assume is his girlfriend. After literally driving a couple hours to get a tattoo with this guy and being cancelled last minute for multiple visits over a year I asked for my deposit back. ***** refused and continues to say she has no money to return the deposit. I have now learned that she will take deposits and live off them with no intention of getting people tattooed. Do not fall for her trap! Disgusting humans

Ive been a customer since 2014 so I didnt think it was odd when *****, the shop manager reached out to me in Aug 2023 asking if I wanted to come in to get a tattoo. Ive never seen *****, Ive always been tattooed by ***** (***** is no longer there). She wanted me to pay up front, she sent me 3 PayPal invoices and hounded me for 5 days to pay $600. My appt wasnt for another 3 weeks. From Sept 23 to Feb 24 she cancelled 9 appts for various reasons (they had covid, they were still sick, difficult life stuff, her cousin killed himself, shes rearranging the schedule, ***** threw his back out, etc). In March I asked for my $600 back and she said she would refund me. I never saw it. I sent her a demand letter the beginning of April stating I would take her to small claims court if she didnt refund me. She said she would meet me to give me my refund in cash. Then 30 minutes before were supposed to meet, she sends me a ******** attachment with $600. Ive never used ******** for transferring funds and after reading all the other ****** and Yelp reviews, I was hesitant about it. Not to mention the PayPal invoices she sent me eventually were flagged as potential scam by PayPals fraud detection. Our agreement was cash but she told me me she was advised by her lawyerthey needed proof there was a refund. Which I said I couldve signed a receipt. *** filed a small claims case against her and Level Up. Shes saying she sent me a check in the mail but I havent received anything. I dont believe anything she says. A process server has been trying to reach her, they dont answer their door and apparently at some point their phone was disconnected. Do not go here. They are scammers and liars.

Not sure if this is an actual legitimate tattoo business or just a lady on the phone who takes your money. This tattoo business level ** in *********** is a scam they will only take your money and you'll never get a tattoo. I've been told about deaths in the family about having covid about missing flights I have one year is worth of text messages with rescheduling I have personally contacted them in March of 2020 to get a tattoo by them I have received one in the past from the shop with a former colleague of *****'s back in 2018. This business is a good example of what not to be like.
