    On June 23rd, 2023 @ 7:15am I had my truck scheduled appointment at Taylors Auto *** in Great Falls MT for extended warranty work. I had 3 minor issues to be performed. Seat heater element, passenger side rear door lock inop, and a check engine light for trans temp harness. After Taylors had my truck all day, I was called to be informed that my door lock was working just fine, and the technician didnt find any issue. I found that ridiculous since its been inop for months, and thats the door I use for my 2-year-old sons car seat. I was also informed that they will have to order all parts to perform the repairs, such as a seat heater element and door lock. I arrive at Taylors to pick up my truck after they had it all day without any maintenance done. Without knowing they charge a $130 diagnostic fee for each issue. Even though I stated the problems from the beginning. While they were doing their diagnostic check on my check engine light for my trans, they found leaking transmission lines (not leaking) and pre-charged me $25.47 for transmission oil for future line replacement (warranty covered). So, my bill was $415.47 for not much diagnostics being performed. I was a little disappointed and upset.I pick up my truck to find that the rear passenger door lock is still not working, but I paid $130 for them to tell me different. Two months pass bye after I left several voice messages to schedule a appointment to get the warranty work repaired since I already paid for it plus replacement fluid. I received a voice mail today Sept 21, 2023 to be informed that they canceled my parts order and they do not want my business. Their reason was because I left a 1-star review about their business according to the maintenance associate that left the message. He stated that it was not his decision, it was from upper management. Zero refund! Ive purchased two vehicles from them and have used their maintenance department a couple times throughout the years. Don't use them.
