For the past 6 months the person in Parkside Apartments #*** has been smoking in her apartment. the smoke leakes into my apartment #*** and is making me sick, i am a 70 year old male. I have files 11 official complaints in the last 6 months and Cardnial Properties has done nothing to resolve the issue. It states clearly in the lease that "no smoking on the property" but Cardnial Properties does NOT enforce this rule.

All of ************ complaints have been investigated, including site visits to his unit when he says he smells smoke, as well as to the unit he is complaining about.
Cardinal Properties has taken every action allowed under Montana Landlord Tenant Law, based on the findings of those investigations.
********** has been advised of this and that Cardinal Properties will continue to monitor the situation and will take action as allowed by Montana law, in the enforcement of the lease and property rules.
