      They stopped sending me monthly loan statements, the last being 6/21/23. Two-three months ago I went through lengthy phone calls bring this to their attention. They suggested I could set up online access to the loan and see the statement under documents. I did, and under documents it showed the last statement as 6/21/23. Called again and they were surprised by this and said there was a glitch in generating my statements, and that this would be taken care of. When it actually was never taken care of, I didn't want to go the phone route again, which had taken up most of my day with zilch results. So I wrote the bank a letter on 11/1/23, detailing the problem again, and asking that they start sending me statements again. It is now 12/4/23 with no response or action.
