      I wish to express my concerns with Rocky Mountain Professionals (Citron) about potential violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Two years ago, they reported accounts on my credit history. I notified Equifax and TransUnion about not receiving prior mailed notifications for these accounts. Due to this, they were removed from my record, adhering to FDCPA's requirements for consumer notifications.Recently, I received another bill from Rocky Mountain Professionals dated up to September 29, 2023. During my interaction with a company representative, she mentioned our call might be recorded, to which I obtained a confirmation. I then highlighted my issues with bills from Bozeman Health and ******************* previously disputed and removed from my credit reports due to the same notification concerns.Ten days ago, I asked for a detailed account breakdown. However, on October 9th, another representative called for clarification on this, even though my initial request was clear. I was then told to wait another 14 days for this information. Given the proximity of Rocky Mountain Professionals and the previous 10-day wait, this additional delay is concerning.In summary, the unclear communication and possible FDCPA non-compliance by Rocky Mountain Professionals are alarming. I hope this feedback instigates needed changes.
