  This complaint is about Bent Tree Enterprises refusal to deliver the *** foam blocks that I paid for. On 3/15/2022 I purchased *** blocks directly from **** and **** said it would be enough blocks to "take us all the way up to the roofline". He has only delivered blocks to the subfloor. I have repeatedly requested for him to give me information regarding how many blocks that covered. When I chose to stop working with **** I asked that he deliver the rest of my blocks. He just passes onto me the phone number of the supplier where he purchased the blocks. **** is making no effort to either refund to me the difference in price between the blocks I purchased and the blocks I received. He brushed off my repeated requests to find out how many blocks were covered in the ****** dollars, even though he has repeatedly said they would take us up "to the roofline". I asked to see the invoice to know how many he purchased for our project so that when they are delivered I will know they are the correct amount, and **** refused. I am now building the rest of the house house with stick built framing, as I have given up ever getting my *** blocks from ****. I would appreciate help with getting **** to Clarify how many blocks are necessary to the roofline. And how many have not been delivered so that we can determine how many have been paid for but withheld. At this point, I would prefer a refund as we are not longer depending on the ***s from ****. I am attaching the invoice as well as a number of screenshots of communications with **** regarding my ***s that illustrate his unwillingness to try to communicate with me how many are remaining and unwillingness to get the remaining ***s to me.   Hello, 
  I apologize that there is likely a way on the website to do this, but I am having difficulty figuring it out. 
  
  I filed a complaint against Bent Tree Enterprises complaint number #********. 
  
  In response to my complaint and to my complaint directly to the supplier, Bent Tree got the supplier to pay me about ***** dollars to compensate me for the undelivered foam blocks. 
  
  I was never given any kind of paperwork that would state that the money paid was the correct amount, but I would like for it to be noted that I did resolve the issue relating to the undelivered materials.
