I ****** searched online for Pomeranian Puppies excited to adopt a new furry friend. I found a website via ****** ads called Eagleeye Teacup Pom, excited by the website and information, I decided to contact the company via their contact information on the page. I got a text message back asking about my interest in the dog, answering all my questions in a timely matter and giving me confidence in the purchase. I asked about the health certificates, vaccination, and microchip, and they even sent me a contract stating all the information signed by both parties. As soon as I sent a Zelle payment on August 30th, 2022 of a value of $800 to ******* *********************** with the email ********************** they stopped answering questions so clearly, saying they will deliver my dog to my house even though on the website, the reviews mentioned picking it up from the airport. I found the dog's picture in one of the review profile pictures. I kept asking questions and all they responded was that "we will handle it after you receive your dog." I asked for a refund and they say the refund will be delivered in 30 days, even though it's a Zelle payment that can be done instantly. I asked for a facetime just to simply confirm he was saying the truth, he refuses and wants me to wait for the refund within a month or wait for the dog. I want the refund now. The texting number used is ************ Zelle's email used: *********************
