    Found JRH Fencing and Contracting on *****'s List. Searched BBB before calling to get a bid. No complaints listed at that time. Contacted and received bid to remove old fence and replace new fence with colormax fencing. Paid $4950.00 deposit. Was told it would be late August to mid-September before work would start. Both dates came and went. Sent several text messages and finally called contact number on bid early October. Contact number no longer a valid number. Found another contact number. Called that number but have not received any contact from *******************************.

    ***************** called us. He said it fence looked horrible. He was offering a new product that was trying in the area. He gave us quote. Two weeks later he called and said if you can get 80% of the bid I can pick-up the materials next week and have the fence installed before April. We have him a check for $6000 and he tells us he will be there next Tuesday every time we call.... now he won't answer his phone.

    10/05/21 Paid $101341.50 ???? Paid $15000.00 05/12/21. Paid $12000.00 He took the money and ran. Haven't heard anything. Got a lawyer to see if I can recover the money or at least get my materials that were paid for with the checks. He won't call back makes promises and never shows up. They contracted with me in Sept of 2021. They told me 31 days and it would be finished here it is the end of July and maybe 1/2 of it done. I have to put my horses somewhere. I am very frustrated. The **** of labor is investing also I was told by my friend *************** who is my project manager. I need Help I just want it done and finished. He's left a mess. I picked up after him everytime. He put up hog wire instead of no climb fence as promised. He ruined my existing fence, in my front yard where my dogs go. I had to make a fence on my own. He has me having panic attacks and a great deal of stress. I am going to *** him for breech of contract and emotional stress. I only hope to resolve this soon before winter comes. He has no work ethics and does not care about anything. I think he moved in with his brother which is down the street from me. Yes we tried there too. That is Bison Rd in ******* please help I am told he has other jobs to do. I want my money back or my fence done. Thank you. We have asked for invoices on what he buys he says he will get them. Haven't seen one yet. He was partners with ******* fence and ******** when he started. They parted ways and apparently people are having problems there too. They are getting ***d etc, etc. I don't have a computer so I would have to mail my paperwork and even the text messages we sent, and recorded messages. Sorry
