    This business provided a quote to paint trim, windows, and porch for my elderly mother who is on a fixed income. They came to the house, reviewed the scope of the project and provided a quote, which my mother agreed to (not sure if it was written or verbal as my mother cannot recall). After finishing the job, they told my mother the cost was $800 more than quoted because it took more paint. $800 in paint! How do you misquote a relatively small job by 25% of the total? They settled on $600 additional and my mother paid. We are now assisting my mother with her expenses until she gets caught up. Buyer beware and give everything in writing!
