      I have never been treated with disrespect like Ive been with the employees at Blue Cross Blue Shield. They lie a hundred percent of the time. They waste paper with useless complaint forms. The employees have zero experience so they are unable to properly conduct business with the consumer. When promises are made they quickly break the promises . When my doctors call in for a pre authorization they tell my doctor test denied. Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana should be shut down permanently ! If I had the funds I would begin a law suit for several millions to make a point ! Do not do business with Blue Cross Blue Shield of ****** ******
