    I'd like to start by saying that there are several hard working folks that we met who work for **** and we appreciated their help. Unfortunately, our experience was not one we could recommend to others. Upon delivery, there was over a dozen items that had been damaged. I included a few photos on the Yelp and ****** reviews, but the damage included ************ legs, a bent lamp, two dressers with broken handles, broken wooden bed frame, book shelves with damaged corners etc. Also, when re-assembling our furniture they stripped the bolts on a headboard and just left it hanging. What made all these issues more problematic was that while we had a complicated move (4 bedroom house, storage for 10 days, then delivery) the price was incredibly expensive, and the final price was 20% over the estimate.
