    Near October 19th, 2022, Hunter Line and I agreed to work with Lawn and Order to redo our lawn and install new sprinklers. We were told work would be finished in 2022, but due to snowfall, the project was postponed. Once the weather cleared (approximately early April), I reached out to ask about addressing our yard. From there, we were told an expected date range, which would pass, mostly without hearing from Lawn and Order. When we reached out the day of or after the proposed dates, we were told new dates, which would again pass without hearing from them. This cycle continues to repeat to this day. When they came out June 29th, 2023 (photo with 'It begins' text references the project start, the date is included on Snapchat app), they began the sprinkler installation, and left it incomplete. One of the devices they used bent the handle to our handrail - we assumed they would reach out with an apology, compensation, etc., but there has been no mention of it. Some of the holes dug for the sprinklers are concerning as they may expose tree roots. No major progress has been made since then. The photos attached are what our lawn looks like as of August 30th, 2023 (more available on request), as well as text conversations showing the multiple pushing dates and reaching out for status updates on our side. Also attached is the quote we were given, and the check that was provided and deposited.
