      On September 20, 2024 I signed a proposal and paid $1,250 as an initial deposit to have a radon mitigation system installed at my house. After signing, **** informed me over the phone that he would be out the following Tuesday to begin work. Tuesday came and went and the contractor was a no call no show. I waited a week then called, **** apologized and said he got busy but would be out the following Tuesday. Again he was a no call no show, I waited two weeks then called and emailed. **** replied and finally made it out to start working on the project for a day. The work was barely started after the first day and no more progress was made for two weeks when I called again. **** came out for another day after the call but was not even half way done after. I waited two additional weeks then called and left a message, **** never responded but did do a little more work at some point in the week after I left a message and the work is about half complete. It has now been three more weeks with no progress. I can provide emails and phone logs to verify my contact attempts if needed.Helena Radon sent me a second invoice on October 23, **************************************************************************** not completed.

      This was a really short crawl space and our guys had some claustrophobia issues. Guys were panicking in the confined spaces. I negotiated a refund and the materials already purchased at a loss. Unfortunate situation.
