    5/19/24 0540 Arrived to the airport for 0600 flight. 1 person standing at 1 counter in the entire airport which was for a different airline than the one we were flying. We had checked in 24hrs ahead of time. There were no kiosks to print tags for your bags. The united airline staff were of NO help, the were rude, and did not offer any suggestions. There were eventually 3 united staff members, one stated it already left then stated Im united, I dont work for Alaska I finally had to ask if one of them were going to help us find another flight or what are we to do? The same united staff member stated, when they get done getting the flight off then they will be down here at the counter. So, the same staff for Alaska who tag your bag also go to the aircraft until they leave then return to the counter ONLY because we were there waiting. There was zero accountability taken by the airline for the fact that the aircraft left earlier than the flight departure time and the captain stated he was not going to let us on. This was all at 0540, flight was scheduled to depart at 0600. Poor customer for united to say the least, poor staffing at the airport. One male staff member for Alaska was empathetic and the other was worthless. Meanwhile a male walked in at 0600 for his 0630 flight on united and they let him on. Also, if you call to tell them the *** took you to the wrong airport causing you to be late, nobody answers the phone until 0800 leaving no way to reach anyone at the airport or the airline. Another point, no staff at the counter the entire time remaining and we heard all the staff mouthing off about people maybe shouldnt show up 20 min before their flight as they all walked out in a group referring to the gentlemen who showed up at 0600

    The alleged complaint appears to be filed in error. The company in which the complainant is aggrieved by is ****** Airlines; however, the complaint is filed against Glacier Park International Airport.
