    Refusing to do warranty work on a boat they sell. Told me they are booked out until spring of ****. When I called Seadoo Directly they said that the dealership just doesnt feel like doing that job. I am now out $30,000 with a boat that this dealers doesnt feel like fixing. I will be filing a complaint against ****** as well.

    1) Refusing to do warranty work on a boat they sell.

    *Jesco did not sell this boat.

     *Boat had been worked on at different shop before being brought to Jesco

     *Jesco submitted claim and photos to manufacture (sea doo) who declined the repair as it was not warrantable failure

     *Engine was damaged from water intrusion-not manufacture parts failure

    2)Told me they are booked out until spring of ****.

     *Jesco's schedule varies depending on the qualified technicians backlog.  While we do have a significant backlog for this type of repair, it would appear there was                    miscommunication on the estimated timeline.

    3)When I called Sea doo Directly they said that the dealership just doesnt feel like doing that job.

     *Jesco has no control over Sea Doo statements

    4)I am now out $30,000 with a boat that this dealers doesnt feel like fixing.

     *As it is not warrantable repair *************** has alternate repair options within a close proximity who's schedules may allow for this repair.  Additionally there are                      multiple Sea Doo dealers within a short travel distance of *********.  

    5)I will be filing a complaint against Sea doo as well.

     *Jesco hopes *************** is able to find a repair facility that can accommodate his expectations.
