    Great job helping me with my basement. They helped get it back to normal. Did everything they said they were going to do. Then billed my insurance company and worked it out with them. A+

    We had a pipe burst in our home and xtreme came out the first week of October for work. Our insurance agent said to get an invoice asap and to stop all of the additional services as they add up quickly. The on site manager said he would get me the invoice the next week. I followed up with him repeatedly, nothing came. I followed up with the local manager several times, nothing came. We needed to make a determination on whether to pay for this ourselves or file an insurance claim. Xtreme was completely unprofessional, unreliable, and a total scam.Over 60 days later, yes, 60 DAYS later, we receive and invoice from their billing service, which was on a Thursday. I spoke with our insurance agent and decided to file a claim at that time. Our adjustor came out the following Monday and we were proceeding.The next day, Xtreme called me, emailed me in a most unprofessional way. Borderline harassment, asking for payment and said they offer a cash discount if it doesnt go through insurance. At this time, I had had the invoice for 4 business days.Now, I have had the invoice for less than ***************************************************************************************** a few weeks.Extreme is putting a lien on our house because of the delay. The delay was because of them!!!!!!! I have records of each and every call, text, and email to everyone there.

    Please call any other company. Their customer service is appalling and they left me with damage that would cost thousands of dollars to fix. From the start, I found it odd that I had to ask their technician ******** to take off his dirty shoes or cover them. He did not come prepared to clean an area rug that I specifically asked about when I scheduled the appointment. They clean your carpet by dragging a dirty hose connected to the truck all through the house. After ******** left, I noticed multiple areas of damage to my walls and baseboards. I called the company right away with my concerns. The office manager never apologized or expressed genuine concern and said she would talk to ********'s manager. Later that night, I opened my front door and noticed a chunk of it missing. He had clearly hit the door with his equipment. I was beside myself and asked to speak to the owner the next morning and was told no. When I spoke to the office manager again she took a defensive tone, offered some unacceptable solutions, and told me it was my word against ********'s and I had no proof. How would anyone be able to prove that type of damage? Follow the technician around recording them? One solution she offered was for me to pay in full and they would send a contractor to repair the damage. There was no way I would give them money for terrible service and hope they would make things right. The other solution was a 50% discount, and the third was to not pay my bill and part ways. There was absolutely no negotiating with her. I chose the third option because I never want to deal with this company again. The damage to my front door is not repairable according to the manufacturer. To completely fix ********'s mistake would mean replacing my doors, which is extremely expensive. I can't fully express how upsetting and frustrating this was, and I hope others will reconsider using this incredibly unprofessional company.
