    Brought to the laundromat a brand new bed set, used the washer and dryer that was recommended by the attendant. Used the low heating setting the comforter, a pillow (that is my error was supposed to spot cleaned) the fitted sheet, two curtains panels and a pillowcase came out with damage. Two pillows, the flat sheet, two additional curtain panels and the second pillow case we're not damaged. The attendant stated the marks looked like burn marks and stated she would send them to dry cleaning free of charge.Received a call from the dry cleaning side stating they can rewash the items for a fee but will not comp anything - washing at their facility is public and at your own risk. But if they would've washed the items they would be responsible for the damage. She also stated they will have the dryer looked at just in case the heat is running hot.I understand the laundromat is a public place of business but as a customer, you do not expect your laundered items to be damaged by a facility, especially when the items are brand new and you ask for direction and follow instructions.
