Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a complaint against *************** for their unauthorized use of my event's name, Solarpunk Summit and for making false claims about having access to the personal information of our attendees.*************** has been soliciting business by falsely claiming they have access to ***** names and email addresses of our event attendees. This information is not only false but also damaging to our reputation and misleading to potential clients. We take the privacy of our attendees very seriously, and ***************'s actions are not only unethical but could also violate data protection laws.I kindly request that the BBB investigates this matter and takes appropriate action against *************** to cease their unauthorized use of our event's name and to stop them from making misleading claims.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Following last year's Pittsburgh Pet Expo, we were approached by Data ProDocs Inc. and sold a false bill of goods. They told us (see email) that for $496, they would sell us the list of all verified Expo attendees, which we wanted to use to grow our customer base *****. However, what they provided us with was a list of exhibitors (B2B) that is completely unusable. After dozens of follow *** with ******************* at Data ProDocs Inc. to correct the issue, they continue to ignore us and refuse to refund our money.Clearly, this is a fraudulent business making false promises (bait and switch) to other businesses. And even the exhibitor list of 12K that they "sold us" and claim to have been fully vetted contains nearly 30% duplicates! We are requesting the full $495 to be refunded immediately.

We were sold a contact list of supposed attendees of a multi-vendor Christmas show held in Sandy, Utah in December of 2023. When we received the contact list we found hundreds of duplicate addresses, and phone numbers in the list, along with partial phone numbers. Further, we found that of the addresses for the attendees 100% of them were listed as being in Sandy, Utah - a statistical impossibility.

We contacted the company and asked for a refund. We were instead provided with an 'updated' list that still has 100% of the addresses listed as Sandy, Utah, though the phone numbers look like they have been randomized a bit better - though hundreds are still only partial numbers and many are from area codes that don't exist.

We have asked for a refund and have yet to receive any confirmation that such will be granted.
