      Horrific administration and very questionable billing practices. My husband had surgery 8/12 - on at least five occasions prior to the surgery including the morning of the surgery, hospital and doctors office staff assured us that ALL of the needed insurance approvals were in place. Long story short, they lied to us and billed us for over fifteen thousand dollars. I am a professional who communicated with them immediately when I noted an issue and was ignored, ghosted and talked down to repeatedly. Staff inside the organization were instructed to ignore me. I had to essentially jump up and down and scream and be a real turkey to even get anyone to respond to me. The doctor indicated that he did not think that we would have cancelled the surgery so he did not say anything - the doctor confirmed that his office and the hospital WERE aware that 3/4 of the surgery had not been approved a week before the surgery. On the day of the surgery, when we arrived back home and opened our mail, we had the 3/4 denial from insurance - I immediately called the doctors office and was assured that 'neither the doctor nor the hospital would have done the surgery if it was not approved, everything is okay, you do not need to worry about this'. This was a person answering the phone in the surgeons office. I could go on but this has been a horrible mess to deal with. They are deliberately working to pit patients against the insurance company when the insurance company has done NOTHING wrong, other than mailing us something that did not arrive in time for us to take action.

      Doctors in the ** are not qualified as physicians. They were clueless when I came to them for emergency service. Doctors have been sarcastic condescending narcissistic and arrogant ! I had a heart attack and they thought it was an anxiety attack. Then they could not decipher whether I was suffering from infection of the heart sack or just a bad case of heart hiccups. The staff gave me blood thinner when my Cardiologist said not too. It goes on and on and someone seriously needs to shut that organization down and bring in a real hospital and new staff who are professionally trained !

      Logan Health over charges and when you try to file a grievance all you get back is a form letter that states this is the normal fee. The phone number given does not work and they don't respond are the 1st email

      Logan Health Urology is the worst! I discovered I had a bladder tumor thanks to the excellent work of my PCP *************************. I was referred to Logan Health Urology who performed the surgery to remove the bladder. I received no feedback as to the results of the biopsy of the tumor. After many, many phone calls to schedule an appointment to get the results of my surgery, I finally got an appointment 2 and half weeks later. I showed up for my appointment and was told the doctor was not even there. I had to drive to ************** in a snow storm, and sit in the waiting room for an opening if I wanted to know the results. It was then I found out I had cancer. The doctor had received the pathology report 3 days after my surgery!! The first of my six chemo treatments was a disaster. The next 5 were fine until I got the bill. For 6 identical treatments, I was charged one thing for the first and sixth treatment and twice as much for treatments 2-5!! I have spent months trying to resolve this and their patient accounting is the black hole. All I get is we are looking into this. Meanwhile they keep sending me the bills. DO NOT GO TO LOGAN HEALTH!! Their medical services and accounting are terrible!
