    Set up an appointment to have tires mounted and balanced and to have a front end alignment done at the same time. My appointment was about a month out from calling in. After having the tires mounted they refused to perform an alignment due to the shop being to busy even though the service was pre scheduled i was also guaranteed my request of an alignment was not needed. I have put about **** miles on my new tires and one of my front tires is now bald. Toyota refused to accept responsibility for refusal of service at which I requested and instead pointed the blame toward me for driving the truck knowing it needs an alignment at which I already stated I was guaranteed that service was not needed. Toyota refuses to take even a single action to make it right due to the fact I have driven the truck for a period of time. Wish I could give zero stars as I now have to pay 600 dollars out of pocket for Toyotas neglect. **** never recommend nor do business with this establishment again.
