    I purchased supplements from Beyond Nutrition on May 19, 2025 . About a week later, I checked my shipping status and it said "processing". June 3, 2025, I checked my shipping status again and noticed it still said "processing". I contacted the seller by email ********************************** to inquire about shipping and didn't get a response. June 9th, I sent seller a message via Instagram and no response. It is now June 13, 2025 and the shipping status still says "processing". The seller will not respond to my messages but the funds were deducted from my account without hesitation. At this point, I no longer want the items ordered (they were a gift for Father's Day) and would like a full refund.

    I ordered a BeLean health supplement on 5/15/2025. As of today, I still have not received it. I sent an email to the address on their website on 527. I have not today.I have not received a response. I have disputed this transaction with my card holder on June 8. I was notified that theyre finding was the was that was that the merchanthat fulfilled their obligation to me but again I still have not received my supplement. Theres also no information about tracking I believe that that was never shipped. I also sent another email before writing this complaint. I still have not received a response at this point. Im disappointed that I cannot get my product after nearly a month. Im also disappointed that I did not even get a response to my inquiry aboutmy order. The website does not give you an option to just cancel. Ive ordered from this merchant in the past with the last time being in 2023 and I did not have this issue.

    Good morning, I made an order for BeClean on 2/11 and two weeks later I still have received no information on when or if it has been shipped. I made a comment on one of the instagram posts promoting BeClean and it was deleted. They keep making social media posts promoting the product, but are not answering any responses about when it will be sent. Why charge go for a product, if you cant deliver to the customers after they paid for it? I didnt have this issue the last time I bought something from BN but thats not the case this time around. I still want the products but if I cant receive an update, I want a refund Thank you,

    I placed an order totaling $104.32 on July 3, 2024 for 4 items. I've sent multiple emails to ******************************** and the order notification email address requesting an update and shipping information. There has been no response to my contact attempts, and no information on the order other than me purchasing it. The order number is ******. I'm seeking help with a refund at this point because I needed the products well before 30 days ago.
