    We signed up with this company to process our credit cards. They never got us setup to process cards but had no problem billing us month after month for fees without ever getting us to a point where we can take payments! After a couple thousand dollars in fees taken from our account, and the employee we were in contact with having left the company without getting us setup to take credit cards, we terminated our use of these "services" if you can even call it that. It felt like we got scammed and have since moved to a new card company that has gotten us up and running in a week! I do not recommend this company and feel that we should receive a refund of the fees billed to us since they lacked providing access to services the services we were being billed for.     I found out from my current charge card processor that one of their employees left their company and took all his files with him, his name id *******. Unbeknownst to me he went with this company and signed me up with a new processing company and they took $240 out of my account. When he called me, he said that my current machine is out of date and to plug the new machine in as soon as I received it and then call him. I received a call from ******* and "***" asking me to plug the machine in and that my current processor "sold" us to them. He even offered me a $500 **** prepaid card to switch. I have since received a letter from my current processor saying that my portfolio was not sold. For almost a month I've been speaking with "***" and he talks in circles and lies with every call. I am trying to close the account and get my $240 back without any luck.

    *** has told me for over a week that it has been refunded in which is hasnt. Every time I ask when it will

    be refunded he makes up a new excuse as to why it hasnt been refunded.

    This person is terrible to deal with and constantly lies. He set up this account fraudulently and took money out of a bank account without my knowledge. It took over a month to get the account closed and some of my money back. I am still waiting for the rest of the refund

    Hello,

    ***************************** is not the authorized signer neither the business owner on this account. The account was closed and refunded as referenced on the screenshot provided earlier to the BBB complaint ********. Also as referenced in the screenshot the account was refunded in the full to the merchants bank account.

    There is nothing else outstanding or due to the merchant. We wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors.
