    These apartments are for the self reliant. Overall apartment walls, heat, AC, dishwasher, and bathrooms are pretty OK, custom lighting is required for some units and the washer takes 6 to 8 hours per load (earth efficiency model).For the money I didn't expect:- To pay for parking and not get unauthorized vehicles towed (we are told to wait, they will leave eventually)- Appliance repair, replacement, maintenance (do it yourself, I waited 5 months for a microwave)- Security wise: - bullet holes shattered a window the other day due to gang activity on the property (normally parties your scared to interrupt and due to disagreements) - There is a trafficking and drug dealing in the parking lot - Curator Property Management said the criminal activity was our issue not theirs. To quote "call the police if you're scared, and hope the criminals don't figure out you called."Once you are a tenant in the building you will absolutely be ignored for the most part. Get used to putting in web tickets no one gets back to you on; calling and leaving messages without return communications; and not knowing if you have parking although you pay for a reserved spot. If being ignored, not considered, discounted, and feeling unworthy of someones' time is your thing, CPM is perfect for you. ****** and ******* are nice sales people and with Property Manager by title only, fyi. I don't think we have an actual responsive accountable property manager or management team to be honest. There is talk of someone filing an unsafe living, breach, and mistreatment of the disabled. Who knows, totally get it though.
