      I looked at a used rv at Gardeners ** in ********* ** on 3.6.23 to purchase and bought and paid for it on 3.11.23. Prior to purchase, I found that the fireplace didn't work and they replaced it. When I got it home, 90 miles away, I found that the refrigerator didn't work. I called them and they stated to me that the warranty that I had purchased would cover this issue and left me to find a repair person. After doing some research, I found out that the refrigerator had recall issues and was able to repair myself. Once I got the ** to the location that I was going to use it at, I found that the hot water heater was leaking. Again calling them, they stated that is what my warranty is for. I had to pay out of pocket for a repairman to fix this issue and am hoping that I will get reimbursed by the warranty company. After this issue was resolved, it's been found that there is at least one plumbing leak somewhere in the floor and this will require another visit from the ** repairman. All of this has happened after the fact that the dealer stated to me prior to purchase that all plumbing lines, water lines, propane lines and all electric had been tested. This business has done nothing to help me through the process of any of these issues and sold me a camper that was not fit for use. I spent many months looking for a camper set up the way that I wanted and found a few but chose to buy this because it was closer to where I live and hoped-for better customer service. I really hope that the ******************** can help with this as I am just an average American trying to make a payment on something that a business sold me, and the product sold had many issues. Business like this ** dealer make it extremely hard for the average person to have trust that when something is purchased, they should have some comfort in the fact that they are buying a quality item.

      ************ purchased a used ** that is 6 years old.  We do check all systems in the shop before the ** is purchased.   New issues can arise while moving an **, especially hundreds of miles.  Used **s are sold As-Is, as we are unable to guarantee items after the ** has been moved.   ************ did speak with one of our managers about an issue with the sewer system.  Our manager worked to find a mobile mechanic for the customer, but the customer was able to find a mechanic himself first.  The customer is located between two of our other locations.  We let our customer know that we could get him set up with our shop in ********, ** during a break in his work schedule and he said that could work.  Our last communication was waiting on the customer to let us know if he would like to do that or if the mobile mechanic was able to correct the problem.
