    On March 14, I entered into a referral contract with Lead empire, they agreed to give my verified real estate leads in exchange for a $599 yearly fee and an 11% per sale closed fee. I was promised a 90 day trial guarantee with my money back if not satisfies. My first lead was a dead lady whose brother was not happy I called. She had been dead for years but amazingly set up a verified appointment with me requesting I call back at a specific time. I contacted the company and asked right away to end this contract, they insisted I must remain the 90 days and gave me subsequent leads. One lead, said the person that had called was pushy and they felt they had to say yes to an appointment, two had lengthy violent record and no ability to have a credit score and another said he would get a loan for ***** if I could find him a $***** fixer upper. Another was unresponsive. Lead empire agreed over the phone and in an email dated June 3rd. that they would finally refund my money within 3 weeks but it is 3 weeks and 2 days and still no refund. It has been a complete fraud and I feel I was stolen from ...I want them to refund my $599 asap. It was promised but now I am getting no response either by email or call. Now their website states they do not issue refunds under any circumstances, which is not what I was promised either in writing or on the phone when signing up...

    I paid the $600 for real estate leads. There is a 90 day money back guarantee. I was told that they would start processing my refund on June 1st. I have not received it yet. When I call noone answers. The only text I get is when they say they are working on it.

    I am a licensed ******* and purchased a lead generation package from Lead Empire on March 13, 2025, to help grow my real estate business. The company advertises a 90-day money-back guarantee if their leads do not produce results.After signing up, I received only three leads. One never answered the phone, one said they were not interested, and the third had no idea what I was talking about. These leads were clearly unqualified and unusable.On May 10, 2025, I formally requested a refund, well within the 90-day guarantee period. My request was ignored. On May 13, I attempted to contact them by phone three times with no response. I have also sent multiple follow-up emails, none of which have been acknowledged.Lead Empire made big promises but failed to deliver a usable service. Worse, they have refused to communicate or honor their refund policy. I am requesting a full refund as promised under their stated 90-day money-back guarantee.

    I signed an agreement with Lead Empire to receive vetted people selling their home. Performance was poor. Agreement allows participants to get a refund of their $599 fee if the cancellation request is made within 90 days. I began requesting cancellation day 70. I was referred to compliance to handle the cancellation. I got an email from compliance that they would reachout to me shortly. It has been weeks since I informed the company of my desire to cancel. Now everyone in the company including the CEO has ghosted me.
