    On 9/6/23 I was solicited via email to purchase an attendees list of a trade show that I attended in July. I eventually send them $300 for the list, via the ACH/bank info that they provided.they sent a link for a database of names, which i was able to down load, BUT the list was not for the tradeshow that I attended.I emailed the person who sold me the list, and there has been no reply at all over the last month.Calling them is fruitless... it just goes to a recording offering unrelated services.While this is for my business, the business is just me... so I hope you will be able to help me.thank you so much.... This is definitely a scam, it appears. My issue is the same as other complaints i see on your website.

    Company is portraying to sell attendee lists for a upcoming conference. After paying the money ($400) to get the attendee list, I no longer have received communication from company. Only allowed ACH payments.

    I received an email today explaining that this company has attendee lists from a festival that I own. I had vendors who participated in my festival this year reach out to ask if this was legit. I have nor will I ever sell my attendees information. I believe this to be false advertising. I'm also concerned that they are going around saying they have information that I have never given out and trying to sell people on this false information.

    A salesman for Research Reach falsely advertised a list of contacts that did not include the type and quantity of contacts that was promised. When I reached out to the salesman about my concern, I didn't get any response.
