    We booked a ride for July 23, 2024 back in February. We paid the full deposit of $100 which wasnt required. On July 20 at 2:19 pm they asked if we still needed the services and we were already in ********* with family so I was going to talk to my family the next day to see if we needed it. Then Sunday July 21st at 7:35 am (less than 24 hours later) the 406 rides cancelled our ride. The policy is if it is cancelled within 24 hours we get a full refund. Beings they cancelled the ride I assumed we would get the $100 back because our ride wasnt needed until July 23 at 11 pm. They cancelled it more than 48 hours in advance, so we should get our money back according to their full refund 24 hour policy. She is refusing to refund my money.

    This review has been reported is lacking in material facts.

    1. We are not a member of the Better Business Bureau and are not require to respond.

    2. The event was removed from the schedule because we were unable to verify the event or locations. This was booked months in advance with a different company.

    3. The customer did not respond to any communication or request a cancellation until the morning after the event. We are not responsible for assumptions made by the customer. She purchased the time; however, if she chose not to use it, then that is on her.

    4. We reserved persons and equipment for the event at a loss while waiting on a response from the customer.

    5. The customer DID NOT make the reservation with ********************* LLC dba 406 Rides of ***************. The reservation was made 6 months ago with 406 Rides of Northwest Montana LLC which was a fully owned subsidiary of BW Holdings LTD. 

    6. ********************* LLC dba 406 Rides of *************** did not receive and compensation for this booking. 406 Rides of Northwest Montana LLC went defunct on February 18, 2024.  *********** capital was provided by the new owners. 

    7. ********************* LLC dba 406 Rides of *************** attempted to fulfill this request at a loss; however, the customer admittedly did not respond to any attempt until 5:03 AM on the morning after the event.
