    USA Handcrafted LLC has never provided me with my February 20, 2024 purchased item despite my multiple emails and my multiple and frequent phone messages to the company. USA Handcrafted LLC has never responded to any of my inquiries requesting the status of my order. I wasn't sure if the company still existed until I received an email from USA Handcrafted LLC on February 20 2025 regarding the anniversary of my purchase and recommending I make another purchase. I responded to the email suggesting that I place another order. I responded to the email requesting I receive the item I ordered over a year ago and I wrote in my email that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive my item by March 8, 2025 (today).

    When I ordered the item I understood that items were handmade and I might need to wait until the item was manufactured but this company took my money and never provided the product.

    I know the company is still in existence because the company recently sent me an email recommending I buy another item from the company.

    I want the company to either provide me with my product or I want a complete refund. I attached my confirmation of my order, proof of payment for the item, and my emails to the company requesting my purchased item.

    The company lists different email and phone numbers on the website than the email and phone numbers in the email from the company.

    I purchased to back scratchers from them on 11/27/24. I paid $120.60 for them. It did say that there was a up to a 6 week wait as a memo on their site. However, the items are purchased were said to be in stock. On 2/22/25 I sent an email asking for the status of my order. Zero response. Never got my order, can’t get my money back.

    I made a purchase of one of the backscratchers from their website ********************************* on May 31, 2024. After not hearing a thing and never receiving an order status update, I sent a follow up message on July 3. I never received any response except the original automated order confirmation. Today (2024/12/01) I received a marketing email from the company requesting more business. This infuriated me, as I never recieved my order, an explanation or refund.

    Placed an order on March 14, 2024. Much like other complaints, my order status never changed but some of the items on the website did change to "sold out", leading me to believe this merchant was still accepting orders and still in business. Much like other complaints, I didn't hear back and emailed multiple times over several months to no response - and the phone numbers didn't work and/or didn't have voicemail boxes. Interesting that wayne has clearly gotten scammed by spammers/viruses on his personal social media pages, but is also somehow scamming paying customers to his own business. The fact that these charges go through means his point of sale technology has not been shut down by BBB or local authorities - and this needs to happen. He should not be allowed to continue accepting payments and orders if he's fraudulent or out of business...especially if he has simply told other customers he is 'very busy' and lied to them about when they should expect their orders but never delivering.

    I ordered two "Back Scratcher Bear Claw Large" with brass tips add-on, for $39.95 each, plus $14.20 shipping, for a total of $94.10, order #****, on July 26, 2023 (six months ago, as I write this in Jan 2024). My credit card was charged and I received an order confirmation by email. However, I have not received any product nor response to my communication. The phone number on the receipt and their marketing emails is disconnected. The phone number on their website has a mailbox that is full and unable to take new messages. No response from emailing the owner, *****, or filling out the customer contact forms on the website. I purchased one of these in person years ago at an outdoors show and it's a great product; I am trying to buy two more. I was going to give up but I got a marketing email from them today inviting me to come back and see new products, so apparently they are still in existence. I would love to get the product, but if that is not possible than I am seeking a refund of $94.10

    On October 8, 2023, I placed an order for 2 backscratchers on this site. I had previously (years ago) bought one for myself and one for my dad. I wanted to gift 2 more. I received an order confirmation and my credit card was charged immediately. After about 4-5 weeks I realized I hadn't heard anything, so I tried contacting. There are 2 phone numbers on the website. One is a woman that has no idea why people are calling her, and the other is a non-working number. I tried using the Contact form on the site on Nov 3. When I received no response, I tried email to ************************ on Nov 18. I've not received any communication so I contested the charge with my credit card.

    On February 21, 2022, I placed Order #**** for SKU: #************ Back Scratcher Bear Claw Heavy Duty. USA Handcrafted charged my credit card $64.15 the following day, and emailed me the receipt:

    Beginning in March, I tried contacting the company through emails and phone calls. Whenever I called the business my call went directly to an automated message of "Mailbox Full', followed by a disconnect.

    The only response I ever received from the business was the following email:

    "On 2022-03-11 7:24 pm, ************************ wrote:
    > I apologize for not getting back to you, I have switched my domain to another company and it took a week or so to get it up and going again again and also my email was in limbo for a couple weeks I just now got it also today and I've been replying to everybody. I am a little behind in orders, But we'll get to your soon. And thank you for the order when I make it I will get a shipping label made and you'll have the tracking number. Again I apologize and thank you so much for the order. Wayne"

    I exceeded my credit card's period for filing a dispute, so I was never able to get a reversal of the charge.

    I would like a refund of $64.15 to the same credit card the charge was made.

    I ordered a Back Scratcher Bear Claw Small Sku#************ on 10/18/2021 for grand total of $37.65 and have never received the product or a refund. Once the holidays had passed and I had not received it after calling Wayne, the business owner, I requested a refund. I have called multiple times, give him my Order# 1163 and my name and he says he will take care of it. He always claims to be very busy.
