The company charge me payment according to a contract of payment. They technically charge me for a loan I was not awere of. I agreed to pay by monthly for LAZER hair removal as I receive treatment. After I went two time to their facility, I lost my job because of the economy and I told them I want to stop the treatment. They would not allow me to stop paying even if I dont want their services. I callled them and try to discuss and they jerk me around between the office and the Varidi loan department. I already pay for the two monthly payment and also have them a $500 Dow payment when I started. Now they say I still owe them the treatment I receive in the amount of ***** or so. ******** is the person who signed me up. She state that she will send my bills to Varidi and I will be paying them. I already pay 800+ and even though I am looking for work to starts soon for only part time, I will not want to continue the treatment and would not be in a position to pay especially for past services which I paid for. ******** also want to charge me for a session on a body part, I did not receive treatment for due to medical conditions for which I went to the dermatologist doctor. I have date and paper work yo prove that I could not get treatment there. I told this to ********. This ******** tells me that they did treat it and will be charging a cost for treatment. This plain fraud, that she deny yo my face and also told me about her company being around for years and have 30 locations that she is doing this with no problem. So she dares me to report her because according to her words she has been getting away with such transactions. This company is not working with to stop their unexplained payment she wont tell me what difference she is charging me, she just say that she will charge me since I receive treatment from her company. I have bank statements of the payment I already gave her. Please help.
