      I ordered a large bouquet of calla lillies from Plantasia for a friends birthday and housewarming four days in advance of it being needed. I specified it was supposed to be just these flowers. When the order wasnt delivered from Plantasia that day, I called to ask why and they stated they left a tag, but no tag was there. The next day a small bouquet of half wilted carnations and daisies and a couple day lilies were delivered after I called to remind them! I gave Plantasia my friends number so there was no more confusion - which they delivered that night. What I am also disappointed about in their business is I also asked for just flowers and they charged me a great deal for a glass vase (which I stated I did not want). If my friend had not shown me the picture of her flowers I would have never known that thats what I got for paying for so much. I called the owner of Plantasia to make a complaint and she did not call me back for 3 days. Finally, when I did hear back she said her front desk staff doesnt know the difference between different types of lilies and overpromised. She said the order form never said anything about calla lilies or vases. She stated she created the order herself and it probably got a little tossed around. Plantasia charged me extra to deliver the flowers to the outskirts of town yet blamed that for one of the reasons why their order looked like it was wilting and sad. The owner further stated that as a small florist shop in a small town they were not equipped to make special orders without 1.5-2 weeks notice in advance to order flowers. Apparently calla lilies dont exist in *******. My friends welcome to ******* and birthday was with some overpriced, half-gone Plantasia flowers. The problem could have been easily solved with a this was our mistake: how can we make this better? Instead, the owner threw her employees under the bus, talked over me and coldly issued a refund.
