      I received a bid by this company to do the work from this company online and I at first accepeted but after consideration that I was not there to know exactly what the work was to be done I rejected the bid. They have been harassing me and threatening to lien my property when not a bit of work or material has been done. I signed no proposal and have not seen anyone from this company face to face. They are clearly trying to intimidate me-just horrible business practice

      Per the email below you asking to schedule is a contract agreement.  ****** read bottom of proposal and find a way to follow the agreement so as to not cause us undo financial strain. Are you wanting a new install date or to pay for material costs?

      Shame on you. We have clearly treated you with professionalism and dignity. This last email is out of professional conduct informing you that you are in violation of agreed contract.  Consider this notification of us filing a construction lien.

      You have no right what so ever to even think about a lien.  There was a picture of a proposal with nothing signed by me. I have the right to change my mind even if a proposal was signed.  I never talked to anyone-in fact I think you were trespassing if you were on my property without me being there.  I guess I will have to get my lawyer involved in this nonsense but believe me I will.  

      I have a complaint in with the BBB and have contacted my lawyer-you even think about a phoney lien and it is game on

      I have to apologize for my behavior last night-I had been drinking as you could probably guess.  I am getting a little tight on money on finishing this house-I thought my current house would have sold by now.  It would help my situation if you could just do the house right now and do the shop later when this house sells.  If you dont want to deal with me I totally understand-I' not sure I would

      Good morning ***. I want to start by saying you are forgiven and we completely understand. You were speaking with my wife last night via email. And she did not understand what exactly was going on. We are a small business  And just want to do a good job and keep a good reputation with our community. I do not want to put undo pressure on you financially or otherwise. Our concern is simply that we have already purchased the material and cannot return it. We would be happy to continew keeping you on the schedule and working with you in any way we can. Thank you for the apology this morning. I will have ******* email you once again and keep you on the schedule if that is what you would like to do completing any part of your project as you would request. We will put this behind us and move forward with the understanding that we all make mistakes and hope that we can continue a good relationship.       Please cancel this dispute.  I overreacted and this is a very good company that has done what they said they would
