    On 8/18/2023, I purchased from Laurel Chevrolet in Laurel, ******* (*****************************) an 8 year ***** mile extended warranty for my new 2023 ***** Colorado for $1936. I received a receipt for the $1936. I received a copy of the contract via email. As months went by I did not see my extended warranty included on my vehicle when viewing on the www.chevrolet.com site. ***************************** advised "Not there yet, it is nothing I can do, GM has to do everything at there end. As I stated in my cover letter just carry a copy of the registration page with you in your glove box and that is the proof you have a policy!!!!" 2 Chevrolet dealers local to me advised that the warranty needs to be in the system for coverage. A copy of the registration page won't cut it. I have a number of emails I can forward as well. Thank you for your assistance.

    I am pleased to tell you that the plan does show in the system this evening.

    I will email you the screen capture that any ** dealer will be able to view in the event that you need to used the service contract.
