I am not a customer and was not expecting any service from company. Company employee entered my gated backyard and attempted to enter home via back door. I called company they they advised wrong address, they expressed no sympathy and took no accountability. Im a single mother, my five year old daughter and I were terrified by this man attempting to get into our home. The man rattled off the address, wrong house number, wrong ************ attempt to verify before trying to enter my property without permission, via my locked back door. Left my property did not attempt to close my gate. When I asked the office manager for the owners name and number they gave me the name and told me to call the same number I just dialed and hung up on me. I received no follow up. I assumed they were a good local company, I drive by everyday. The owner appears to be completely careless with the safety of its community members. I now feel uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home because of the careless action of this company.

This customer review is not fully honest.  My service tech was at the wrong address.  The homeowner of the address he was supposed to be at had advised my tech to go ahead and go to the east side of the home and come into the back door to work on her furnace.  As soon as my tech realized he was not at the correct home he apologized greatly to this homeowner of the wrong address.  She then called the office and spoke to me.  I apologized to her for this mistake and explained why he just went around and attempted to come into the home and that this isn't "standard practice."  She was very upset, rightfully so, and continued on with complaining about how she felt violated and could not believe he would just do that and scare her and not verify he was at the correct property, why he would park in her driveway, and so on.  I again apologized and stated people make mistakes and it was not his intent to startle her.  She asked me if I was the manager or just the phone person.  I explained I was the office manager.  She then asked for my my boss's information.  I told her his name was *********************** and that the number she called is his number but I will get her information and have him call her.  She gave me her name and number and I advised her I would have him call her.  She then continued to complain about the same things I had apologized for multiple times and again expressed people make mistakes and I will forward her information to my boss to call her and I hung up the phone.  I then sent her information to my boss to call her and talked to him on the phone about what had occurred.  He called her right away with no answer.  To my knowledge she did not call back after I spoke to her nor did I ignore or hang up on her.  ***********************, the owner, will attempt to call this lady again today.
