*I'd recommend hiring a local ****** before giving Culligan Billings a dime. We're in Annafeld neighborhood here in Billings. We had a sales rep come out to our home to get a quote for an RO system and water softer unit. We were ready for install, reviewed the paperwork, and signed the document. We were quoted a price for the entire installation, tubing, labor etc. and I insisted on paying for the bill up front on the spot. She gave her word that it was for the entire install. The paperwork lines it out clearly. The deal was signed and paid for and scheduled it a few weeks out. We received a bill 6 weeks after install for nearly $400. Beyond the monthly rate for the rentals, it included things like a premium ***** bit to ***** into our counters, extra tubbing, and labor. Upon asking the billing department out of ******* they passed me off to the sales ********* called and said "that's just how it goes, I don't know what happened." I pinned down the fact that she blatantly lied. Honestly, it was sad to see she didn't have anything she could do about it. We agreed that it was a bad deal and both hung up the phone. I've had a ticket open for weeks and no resolution. Extra tubing needed? Fine. Crystal ***** bit to ***** into our marble counters? I understand. The issue is the sales lady closed the deal while being at our home, seeing our countertops and setup. Same with installation. Not a word before hand. I'm fine paying what is owed up front but the way this was thrown in without warning is unacceptable. As someone who's lived here my entire live, it's typical Billings sales people living up to their name. Their word means nothing. (and apparently their contracts don't either)
