    Wednesday, August 28th A-1 drilling replaced two pressure tanks at my rental at ***************************************************************** They marked the price of the larger pressure tank by 100%. They marked the price of the smaller tank 430%. They 16 hours of labor when the job took less than 4 and the room can barely hold two people. Unethical.

    On August 27 2024 @ 10:53am  received a voice message from Mr *********** He said he need a pressure tank replaced.  I responded immedately and  spoke with Mr **** and he told me what size and was thinking of going to a bigger size.  I called Mt ****** and told him what Mr **** wanted and they spoke regarding the tanks and made arrangements to replace the tanks.  On August 28th tank were replaced at the location.

    On August 30 2024 Mr **** sent textes with pictures regarding the prices on the tanks.  Please see the attached textes included  On Sept 3 2024 I called to resolve this issue with Mr **** .  I told him we do not buy our product off **** Or Amazon and we dont even get those prices that are on the site he sent to us..  I told him I would adjust the labor and he used fowl language with me and hung up on me.  I sent him a text telling him after he calmed down to please call me and we could get this taken care of.  None of this happened to resolve the problem.  

    We use local vendors to buy our materials and not on line.  We cannot warranty products that are not bought from our vendors.  ********** wanted to go the route on the internet he should have informed us and we would have not done the job.  The job was done completely and correctly with no problems with workmanship.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Ive attached a competitive by Air Controls quote for the work done by A-1 drilling. I realize that A-1 made a trip to get the second pressure tank. It is about 20 minutes from the property to the supply ********* does that add up to 16 hours of labor.

    I contacted ************** Supply in ********. Here is the prices quoted.

    81 gallon tank $1855.08  A-1 marked this up 25%.
    44 gallon tank $1209.60 A-1 marked this up 50%

    The tanks were also available from Mountain Supply
    81 gallon tank $808.95
    44 gallon tank $802.75

    Ive attached the quote from Air Controls and pictures of the installation showing the tank tees were not replaced.
