    Over 3 months ago I called Snowy Mountain Motors and explained that my truck, a 2010 F150, wasn't running right, and that ******* (a local mechanic) had diagnosed the issue, saying it was timing codes and needed a new Cam Phaser (something only a local dealership can replace). I relayed all of that information to Snowy Mountain Motors and we scheduled a time for me to drop it off & have them look at it about 1 month out. On APRIL 12th I dropped my pickup off. I will say that we had a couple of hoops to jump through with the warranty company, but all of that was resolved quickly and they approved the work on my truck within a week. ****** quotes this exact project at being roughly 12 hours of work, I will admit that's a big project. But as of Friday the 16th, over 2 months since I dropped it off, Snowy Mountain Motors still hasn't even completed disassembled ************ F150 has been sitting physically in the shop for almost 3 weeks. They have given my husband, *************************** excuse after excuse as to why this is taking so long. 'We only have one guy that can do it' 'we only have one truck lift' 'one of the tools we need to do the job is broken'. I'm just at a loss honestly. I dont understand how why the mechanics can't start this job and work on it until it is finished. I have visted the shop in person twice to complain. I need my own truck back. They gave me a loaner vehicle, a F250 with a very broken/cracked windshield and multiple warning lights on. I have spoken to other people and other **** dealerships. Everyone agrees that this turn around time is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. At this point I am completely unsatisfied and will never take my business to SMM again. I need my truck fixed and back in my possession immediately.
