    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Fergus Farm Mutual regarding their handling of my homeowners insurance policy, which I held for a property in *******. My experience with their accounting department has been nothing short of frustrating, and I believe they have acted in bad faith, withheld funds, and failed to meet basic customer service ************ February 2025, I reached out to cancel my homeowners policy after realizing I had neglected to do so after the sale of my property in March 2024. While the policy was no longer active from March through November 2024, as evidenced in the seller documents I provided, I was seeking a refund for the unused premiums during that period. The policy ended in November 2024, and I am entitled to reimbursement for those months of unused coverage.However, my interaction with *******, an employee in the accounting department, was highly unprofessional. She informed me that mail had been sent to me but was returned as undeliverable. Rather than making any attempt to contact me via email or phone to resolve the issue, ******* explained that they simply disregarded my account. This lack of due diligence and failure to attempt contact is unacceptable. What makes matters worse is that ******* **** up on me abruptly during our call, leaving the issue unresolved.Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter, Fergus Farm Mutual has failed to process the refund I am rightfully owed. I have contacted them multiple times and provided the necessary documentation, but they have refused to assist me or even follow up in a professional manner.Fergus Farm has failed to meet their obligations and acted in bad faith by not processing my refund and by failing to communicate effectively. I am seeking a refund for the unused premiums from March through November 2024. I have been forced to escalate this issue to the BBB because of their unwillingness to take responsibility for their actions.V/R,**** ****** ************
